Shipping:
Clay & Cotton ships all area rugs free of charge (freight prepaid) via common carrier with the exception of the 2x3 size. 2x3 size rugs ship standard UPS (unless otherwise designated) and are subject to our standard shipping charges.
Shipping charges on all other items are applied during the checkout process before finalizing your order. During the checkout process you are offered different options as to your shipping preference.
Returns:
Clay & Cotton website customers that are not completely satisfied with their online purchase for any reason can obtain a Return Authorization by calling (502) 558-7780 within 7 days of the original date the merchandise was received.
Refunds will be credited back to the form of payment used to make your purchase only after receipt and inspection of merchandise. All items returned must be in their original salable condition including merchandise tags and labels. All special-ordered items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items that are discounted, on sale or closeouts are also considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
